About the Chambers for Life Change Foundation

Welcome to a space of healing, growth, and restoration.

The Chambers for Life Change Foundation was born out of a profound calling: to glorify God by bringing vital care to the hearts and minds of people both here in Northwest Ohio and across the globe in Africa. We firmly believe that mental health and spiritual health go hand-in-hand. True healing happens when clinical excellence meets the transformative power of the Gospel.

Our Roots & Leadership

The foundation was established by Kristen Blessing, an Ohio-licensed LISW-S and LICDC. With a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Toledo and a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University, Kristen brings a high level of clinical oversight and specialized training to our mission. Having dedicated her career to helping individuals overcome addiction, manage depression and anxiety, heal from trauma through EMDR, and find restoration in marriages, she envisioned an organization that could expand this deep level of care to communities in desperate need of both emotional and spiritual support.

What We Believe

We are all under construction. God is constantly molding us and transforming our hearts to be more like Him. Because of this, we view our ministry and our therapeutic approach as a collaborative, “iron sharpens iron” relationship. God often brings people together to help navigate the deep valleys of life, and we know there is a divine purpose for you connecting with us today.

Our Mission in Action

Through Christian mental health care, we actively share the Gospel, make disciples, and provide unwavering emotional and spiritual support. Whether we are serving families in Northwest Ohio or extending our hands to communities in Africa, our ultimate prayer remains the same:
